Julie Pacino Arrested in New York for Driving While Intoxicated Jul 30th 2011, 15:59 Legendary actor Al Pacino was surrounded by a bit of family drama this past weekend. Al's daughter Julie was arrested in New York City for driving while intoxicated. Julie, 21, was pulled over by police in the early hours of Saturday driving a black Mercedes Benz, according to reports from People. "She had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and the strong smell of alcohol on her breath. She admitted to drinking three beers and smoking marijuana prior to entering the checkpoint," officer James Duffy read from the official police report. Julie was released later that same day while her famous father made his way over from Los Angeles. Since she did allegedly admit to drinking and smoking pot to the officers, something tells me that Papa Al most likely had a few choice words for his daughter when his plane hit the east coast. Maybe she should seek out old pros Nick and Vanessa for some advice on that one. I hear they're still working to prevent any further release of their dirty laundry. In better news, after six party filled weeks at Promises rehab facility, Lindsay has officially completed her part of the program, according to People magazine. "On Friday, July 13, 2007, Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her 45 days of residential and extended care treatment at Promises. She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. She is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served," according to a statement from her rep. My first issue is with the part about transitioning from residential to outpatient. Who are they kidding with that one? Lindsay has been living her own life outside of that place since day one. She leaves to go to the gym, shop, and hang out with friends. Instead of the fancy Hotel Promises, she should have gone to one of those real treatment centers where they call all the shots.

The tape apparently features Amy, 33, and her husband Louis Bellera having a grand old time. "It does exist, people are looking at it, so I agreed to - not endorse it - but discuss it," she said. I'd venture to say that Amy agreed to a lot more than just discussing the thing. The former criminal is allegedly receiving a decent amount of money in exchange for promoting her sex tape at a NYC club. I can't speak for the rest of you, but I know that I have zero interest in watching Amy and her husband do whatever it is that they do on that tape. Yuck.

Richards & Sheen Divorce Jul 30th 2011, 10:04 Actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were on and off so many times in 2005 that most people just stopped counting. Just when it seemed like love was back in the air for these two, Denise gave Charlie the final boot. She had apparently had enough of his wicked ways and filed for and received a restraining order against Charlie on April 21, 2005. Charlie's Loves the Ladies Years back, Charlie was named in the Heidi Fleiss escort scandal as one of her best clients. He had a thing for the ladies, but this was before his future ex-wife came into the picture. Friends warned Denise to stay away from Charlie because he was simply a playboy and womanizer. She ignored the warnings and ended up marrying Charlie anyway. Now the truth comes out and it looks like her friends may have actually been right. Charlie Likes to Surf the Web Denise is now claiming in a report that her ex had a hungry appetite for internet pornography, sometimes involving underage women. She alleges that Sheen "belonged to disturbing sites which promoted very young girls, who looked underage to me," according to her statement. She added that other sites Charlie frequently visited involved "gay pornography also involving very young men who did not look like adults." Of course, Sheen is denying all of these reports. Charlie Would Allegedly Get Violent Denise filed a sworn declaration in the Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging that Sheen assaulted her and threatened her life during a December 2005 altercation at her home. She claims that while visiting with the couple's two children, Sheen called her a series of vulgar names and shoved her to the ground in front of their children. Charlie Fights Back The couple had originally agreed to a confidentiality agreement regarding the details of their divorce, but Charlie became fed up. He could no longer take the negative publicity being thrown at him and decided to speak out against Denise's allegations. He said, "It's the most vile attack and it's sad for my children. This is a horrible departure from sound, sane, responsible co-parenting." Sheen goes on to say, "This clearly illustrates the type of harassment, the type of psychological terrorism, the type of mind control I've been subjected to and to have willfully chosen to keep private because that was the deal.” He Said She Said Denise claims that Charlie had constant problems with gambling, drug use, and internet porn and now wants him to pay for his behavior. Charlie alleges that Denise is only making these claims to sabotage the success of his new clothing line called "Sheen Kidz". At this point, it will be up to the judges and the court to decide what will happen next for this Hollywood couple.

What went wrong with her plastic surgery: "First of all, I asked for big Bs, and he did not give me big Bs. He gave me Cs, and I didn't want them. Right after the surgery, I had some bumps along the edges of my nipples, but the doctor said, 'Don't worry, it's going to be better.' But after six months of 'it's going to get better,' it started to get worse and worse." So her story is that she asked for B's and oops - they accidentally stuck C's in her chest? I don't buy that line for a second because she knew exactly what she was doing with that plastic surgery. I'll bet she even asked for D's, but the doctor somehow talked her out of it. Behind Tara's decision to have liposuction: "I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted, I'm not going to lie - a six-pack. I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing." I can't decide if she's looking for sympathy or just some good old free handouts with this one. Is Tara hoping that one of those celebrity plastic surgeons from Extreme Makeover will come to her rescue with a free re-do on the botched liposuction? Unfortunately, she should have just gone to a better surgeon in the first place!
