Kelsey, 55, will be giving Elizabeth Taylor a real run for her money as he intends to walk down the aisle for a fourth time with flight attendant Kayte, 29. Scandalously, he and Kayte hooked up while he was still married to Camille Grammer. 2. Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard

At the 2010 Grammy Awards show, the former Veronica Mars star proudly wore a diamond sparkler on her left hand. Her rep confirmed the news to People and said, "Yes they are engaged. Over the holidays." 3. Christina Applegate and Martyn LeNoble

Christina and Martyn have been together for about two years and are now ready to take things to the next level. 4. Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson

Gavin asked Charlotte for her hand the day after her birthday in February 2010 at a romantic restaurant in England. Together since 2005, they are the parents of two children; Ruby, born September 2007 and Dexter, born January 2009. 5. Bret Michaels and Kristi Gibson

He and his on and off girlfriend of 16 years, Kristi Gibson, grew closer. Bret realized how wonderful she truly was and finally decided to pop the question. The two met in an acting class and have been together ever since. Amy is best known for her role in Enchanted with Patrick Dempsey. 8. Brooke Burke and David Charvet Brooke Burke, 36, is engaged to former Baywatch star David Charvet. She is also pregnant with their second child making this her fourth. Brooke and David welcomed a daughter, Heaven Rain born in January 2007. Brooke was previously married to Extreme Makeover plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher and they have two daughters, Neriah and Sierra. 9. Chuck Liddell and Heidi Northcott Former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell (aka Iceman) is officially engaged to be married. He proposed to his girlfriend Heidi Northcott and no wedding date is set just yet.  | |
