Gwyneth Paltrow looked slim and stunning at a Los Angeles gala just weeks after giving birth to her daughter Apple. Miss Gwyneth did admit to having a little secret weapon in her arsenal. She credits her lean look that night to Spanx, which she says are like bike shorts that squeeze you in. While not a big fan of dieting, she prefers the more spirit-centered workouts found in yoga.
