For much of her 19 years, the world didn't know what rock progeny Frances Bean Cobain had been up to, seeing as how she let mom Courtney Love live in the spotlight. But this month alone, Cobain has appeared in not one, but two photo shoots that show off her punk-rock spirit (in both she's shown smoking) and doe-eyed beauty (so pretty in that cocktail dress!). The latest set of images, shot by Rocky Schenck, show Cobain channeling Old Hollywood glamor with her fiery red hair styled in soft, cascading waves. And, like fashion designer cum photographer Hedi Slimane, who captured a raven-haired, heavily tattooed Cobain, Schenck wasn't commissioned for the shoot. Which kind of makes it official: Cobain is fashion's newest muse.
