Lil Wayne Has Crossed the Jeggings Divide Aug 31st 2011, 17:03 Just when you thought (or prayed) the thigh-crushing phenom known as jeggings was on its way out, Lil Wayne had to go and put them back on the radar -- and not just for women! It seems Weezy's sagging, skintight look at Sunday's Video Music Awards came courtesy of long-loved, punk-rock-inspired label Tripp NYC. The retailer boasted of the clothing coup on its Facebook page -- "Check out Lil Wayne rocking Tripp NYC leopard print pants during his MTV VMA's performance!" -- and the rapper's dainty bottoms has also inspired at least one new Twitter feed (of course).
